1. Try Heard That Before You Subscribe
Eligible new accounts receive a 14-day free trial to explore Heard That before paying for a membership.
If you enroll in automatic paid renewal, cancel before your trial ends to avoid the annual subscription charge.
2. No Refunds
Heard That offers an annual membership for $10 USD, with a free trial to help you decide whether the service is right for you.
All subscription payments, including initial payments and annual renewals, are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
Unused membership time or limited use of the service.
Cancelling partway through an annual subscription.
Changing your mind after a payment.
Forgetting to cancel before the end of a trial or renewal date.
Changes to the availability of individual songs, artists, or albums.
These exclusions do not override any refund rights you have under applicable law.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal through your account dashboard. Contact us through the Contact page if you need help.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. If you have already paid, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period, unless your account is terminated for a violation of our terms.
No prorated refund is provided for the remaining period, except where required by law.
4. Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, contact us promptly through the Contact page with your account email, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send your full card number.
We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors, including returning funds where appropriate. This is separate from a refund request for a valid subscription payment.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, payment-dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
